Leading With Authenticity seeks to answer the question, ‘why has leadership changed’ and what that means practically for leaders in business today.
This course examines the alignment of attitudes, skills, and behaviour of people managers, over an intensive two day programme. Utilising a blended and reflective learning approach and led by senior business leaders, delegates will benefit from intimate presentation and discussion. The outcome of the course is to enable participants to:

• Understand the principles of authentic leadership and identify how those can be translated into day-to-day activity
• Identify the mindset, behaviours, and skills necessary in a modern business leader in order to effectively manage
• Understand and implement a model for performance coaching
