We are accredited in a range of 360 degree profiling techniques, which help to create self-awareness by comparing personal perception with how others perceive an individual’s skills and abilities. Presenting these profiles requires skill and sensitivity to ensure the participant accepts the feedback constructively and commits to behavioural change and (where appropriate), a full development plan. This can be carried out alone, or as part of a more complete development centre process to increase personal insight.
